Prior to Bauer Harris, Brad was a founding Partner of Randstad’s Tatum Executive Search practice and was the President and founder of the Bird Dog Recruiting, Inc. companies—Bird Dog Executive Search, BDR Healthcare, and Bird Dog Recruiting.
Professionally, Brad is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and personally, a member of the Knights of Columbus. Throughout his career, he has been involved with numerous organizations and charities, his favorite being the Massachusetts General Hospital for Children. Brad has a BS in Economics from St. Bonaventure University and an MS in Resource Economics from the University of New Hampshire.
